Maternity Photography South Wales | Clare
Clare has only 5 days to go! She looks absolutely beautiful in the kitchen light at her home in Cardiff South Wales. Clare invited me to capture her during the last stage of her pregnancy at home with her partner. This is such a special time for the couple as they are expecting their first child together.

Clare wanted a Maternity photographer to capture her naturally at home, in the nursery and bedroom. The nursery provided a beautiful light onto Clare’s maternity chair and Dougie the dog couldn’t resist getting in on the shot in the Kitchen. (I have to admit I got the number for Clare’s curtain supplier, how amazing are they!?)
A maternity shoot is always a great way to get relaxed and comfortable in from of the camera ahead of any newborn or family shoots you have planned. I aim to capture you and your family in a relaxed and natural environment as opposed to a studio. This is where I get the most natural shots where you are just being you. I also feel that the memories of the pictures are more vivid if you are familiar with the setting in which they were taken.
