I’ve had so much fun with this gorgeous family. Jess and Adam are expecting their second baby this summer and wanted to celebrate this beautiful occasion with a family shoot at home.

Jess is an amazing cook (yay for me) and was teaching Joey how to make Jaffa cakes (yay for me again). As the baking session unfolded, it created the perfect relaxed environment to naturally capture Joey, Mum and Dad enjoying themselves. Dad taught Joey some good whisking techniques and Joey had a sneaky lick of the whisk whilst mum checked the oven!

We then took to the garden for some fun in the family shed. Jess looked absolutely gorgeous in blue. Mum and I chatted away in the bedroom as I captured her in the beautiful bedroom light. It was so lovely to spend a morning with this gorgeous family at this special time and it was a pleasure to be able to capture it all.

I can’t wait to come back and snap the family with the new arrival later this year 🙂
